Our solar pumping systems are
a culmination of years of research by the
manufacturers. Features like extremely long life and
minimum maintenance are key factors in these pumping
systems. The only moving part of the system is the
submersible pump motor which is made of stainless
steel.
The water can be pumped and stored during the day.
This makes it available even at night and during
cloudy weather. This eliminates the need for
batteries in the system thus reducing maintenance on
the system.
There are several advantages of using solar
photovoltaic power in connection with water pumping.
Primarily there is a relation between the
availability of solar power and the water
requirement. The water requirement increases during
the hot weather when the sun shines more brightly
and the output of the solar panels is at the
maximum. Conversely the water requirement will
decrease during the cold weather when the sunlight
is less intense.
